Heather Simpson, Certified Fitness Professional, demonstrates stretches and exercises to assist in managing pain and discomfort, as well as aiding in healing and restoring the body.

Heather Simpson is an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer who has been active in the fitness industry since 1993.  During the course of her career, Heather has accumulated time in commercial, corporate and university settings and now works as an independent contractor, teaching classes and personal training, both in-person and virtually. She specializes in fitness for beginners and in helping those that are age 65 and older maintain strength and flexibility for a long healthy life.
